If I make a call from my phone in my car via bluetooth, when the call ends I see the message "call ended" on my car's display but then the display says "talking" and the connection displayed is to my own phone. Only shutting off my phone seems to get out of this state. My car is a 2018 Toyota 4Runner if that matters. I've tried re-pairing the phone which did not help.

Is this only happening with your Bluetooth in your 4Runner or also other Bluetooth devices? Have you tried to replicate the issue with a pair of Bluetooth headphones?

Bluetooth also stopped connecting Fitbits after latest update. Samsung is using BLE now? Maybe causing compatability issues with packet lengths (?) and Samsung needs to take a good hard look at this.
