There is an email address that is registered to my phone that is not mine and i cannot change it.
I cannot get a new password as it wants to send the code to the wrong email address. I have tried setting up the account, but it says it already exists.
When i actual log into my Samsung account online it has the correct address.
Can anybody help please?
