This didn't use to happen in android 6.1, youtube gets deleted after restarting the device, it is really bothering.Let me decribe how it looks : you got youtube on the device home/app screen you shut off/restart your device and then you don't see it anymore no animation no uninstalling menu no notification no youtube . Youtube wasn't updated after i downloaded android 7.0 it might be a software problem or appolicaton problem
Well i just fixed it i downgraded it from an other store and then i disabled it/unistalled and then i installed it from the play store and it worked. it might also work with restarting the app
