Galaxy ZStart by opening the Camera app & go to it's Settings, scroll down & Reset the Camera's settings.
Reboot & check it
You could also go to Settings > Apps & Search for the Camera > Click on it & Scroll down to Storage & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the Camera & Reboot.
No harm in doing both.
See if the issue is resolved.

Galaxy ZYou could open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support, then run the Diagnostics for the Camera, see if you get any error messages?
Next thing you could try, would be to backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.
Other than that, visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.
