I have a z fold 4, can you have multiple esims?? Like I know only one can be active at all times but could I have another esim profile stored as well???

Go to Settings > Connections & SIM Manager. See if you can add another eSIM. You should be able to have multiple eSIMs and you are correct, only one active at a time.
