Anyone else having issues with the fold4 not opening all the way?

Hi, Could you please help me with the detail description of the issue, also if it possible please share the picture of the device once.

When new the phone would open flat, now it opens and forms a v shape.

There was also a sticky substance coming from the hinge area

My fold 4 is perfect I worked in construction field, I had it for one year and three months

Take it to any samsung store, the first fix is free
