Hi there,

I realized after getting my Zfold 4 and transferring my Noye 20 ultra data to it, that I have dozens of fonts I purchased throughout the years that I'm no longer able to download. Is there a fix to this?
Has anyone encountered the same issue?

Likely that the Fonts you had purchased for your Note device, are not compatible with the layout / format on your Z Fold 4.

Samsung's Galaxy Store isn't going to give you a refund or a credit either.

That's what I thought at first but I can see those fonts in the Galaxy Store from my Fold 4. The issue is they are now listed as "paid" apps. When I try to download them, they ask me to pay

I know that on the Play Store for example, there's a notation on the page for the app you are looking at, it will say if it is compatible with the device you are using to see the app on the Play Store.

However, if you try to search for an app that is NOT compatible with the device you are using on the Play Store, you would likely just not see it.

As for seeing apps on the Galaxy Store, if they are in fact compatible, but just asking you to pay again, there's a couple of things you can try.

Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the Galaxy Store & Reboot.

Make sure that you are using the same account you used to purchase the app.

To Clear Cache & Data for the Galaxy Store:

Settings > Apps Search for the Galaxy Store, Click on it & Scroll down to Storage, here you can Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the Galaxy Store.

Hi, the exposure and download of the list may be restricted if the font does not support the current device or is suspended due to seller circumstances.

Depending on the country/device, the availability of certain apps/fonts/themes may vary.

If you cannot find the app you want to use, please check Galaxy Themes Support.

Galaxy Themes >> Menu >> Settings >> Tap “Contact us menu” to check whether your device is supported or not.

It happened to me and I realized there was an update for the galaxy store. Then I rebooted and signed into my Samsung account and everything was restored.

To anyone facing something similar, to restore your previously purchased fonts on another phone, you need first to make sure your Galaxy Store app is updated.

Then open Galaxy Store, go to Menu > My apps > Themes.

Inside Themes tab there's a dropdown (will have Themes selected by default), tap on it and select FONTS.

You will then see your previously purchased fonts, and you can download them again on the new device, even if they are no longer on the store itself.

Yes, VERY hidden feature, but possible.
