No confirmation code after Pre ordering Z fold 3 and watch 4 classic(pay with paybright)

Hi 

I Pre-ordered a Z fold 3 (512 gb) and a Watch classic 4 (bluetooth) on Aug 25 2021.  

I Paid with paybright and did not receive and confirmation number.  I tried contacting samsung 

on 3 occasions but they just keep telling me to wait.  I tried contacting paybright they told me the

loan is ready but they cant do anything if samsung doesnt have the order.  Only thing they could do is

cancel the order and i could place the order again.  When i ordered on Aug 25, 2021.  Theres multiple deals 

going on: 

- There was a deal for free earbud 2, charging pad and the pen (for the fold 3) before aug 26, 2021

                                                                   Charging pad (for the watch) before aug 26,2021

- I also have a perkopolis account, which had 10% off on the samsung website before aug 26,2021.

 

Whats the next move for me Samsung?   I can't seem to find anyone that knows what happened, its been

2 weeks since i ordered.

There are multiple threads that were created about this issue. I was also a victim of this issue and my order got canceled.

First thing I'd advise you to try is to call paybright and ask them if your agreement needs to be verified or authenticated.

If they say yes, you'll need to ask them how to authenticate.

If they say no, call samsung and tell them to send you the confirmation.

From what I read he doesn't have a order number that's the problem Samsung never confirmed the order .

There's always an order number. As soon as you press check out and finish choosing your payment method, the order # is shown in the next screen. You need to screenshot it in case you don't receive it by email or don't see it under your order screen. Which is what's happening in this case.

My recent order didn’t have an order number because the page crashed after the paybright window and Samsung logged me out. The order was still in my shopping cart and did not show as complete but I got a loan agreement from pay bright and on their end it says they are waiting on Samsung.
