I've got both the S23 Ultra & S25 Ultra.. There's not a life changing difference between One UI V7.0 & One UI V6.1.1.. 

There's some very minor things I prefer in EACH version of One UI.

But every year, when there's a new One UI version update, it's like a feeding frenzy.. I get the interest, but.
