Overheating with my Z flip 5 after upgrade to one ui6

After yesterday I upgrade my phone to One Ui6, I just figure out my phone is super hot when I used zoom or face time. Only 20 mins, my phone is overheating and shut down everything by itself. Is it anyone have the same issue? Or maybe anyone know how to fix thus problem.

Please reference the topic shown in the link below to wrap out the cache partition . Normally. It looks like HWs are not configured properly after SW is updated , such as older configuration data stored in cache are not match to new SW. It's better to remove those old data and let new SW regenerate needed data and store it there again.

Absolutely try, but still super hot for I almost didn't use it anything.

Yes, actually I didn't use my Wifi, Bluetooth, and only one app is using at one time, but still 20 mins zoom is overheating and the phone turn off by itself.

Turn off the Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth functions when not in use.
In addition, reduce the screen brightness of your device.

Step 2
Optimized the phone using Device care feature.

Step 3
Close unused background running apps.

Honestly, I do not think it's a good solution to ask customers to turn off important features of WiFi, GPS, and BT.
