So today I have the unfortunate event of dropping my fold 6 which took a pretty bad beating and won't fold open. I bought care plus when I purchased the phone from a sansung experience store. I called care plus today to use my accidental damage repair coverage and was told my care plus wa canceled. I've never used it nor canceled it. I emailed them my invoice and then was told to call samsung as care plus was a third party. Samsung tells me to wait 5 business days before they can tell me anything when though I have an invoice in front of me that says I have purchased care plus. At the of selling the care plus the advisors definitely over sell how good this warranty is when in fact based on my current dealings, I'm debating going to another manufacturer. Anyone else have care plus issues?

Personally I woukd never ever buy it again. I was offered free care plus when I got my S23
I was told i only had 30 days to register which I did immediately.
Then after a couple weeks I heard nothing.
I spent hours on the phone to get what I was promised. Its like they changed their mind about it after and was hoping I woukdnt notice i didn't get it. After all how woukd I prove they offered it free?
Anyways I can buy basic parts and install them myself cheaper than I can send the phone in for repair.
It's a joke.

I agree complete joke. I wasn't even told I have to register it. Maybe that's why they are saying it's canceled. Regardless I have an invoice saying I purchased it. Just getting nothing but the run around.

Yes i did. I received an email from Assurant welcoming me to the Samsung care plus program. And now when I try to use i was given attitude by the samsung agent saying it'll take 5 business to verify if I have care plus which i clearly do and have an invoice for it. Such a run aroud on a product that was sold to be so good. I've been a loyal samsung customer since the s8 but this definitely making me explore other options as clearly no one is willing to honor what was bought
