Galaxy ZDon't know if you said that you Reset the Network Settings?
If you didn't try that: Settings > Search "Reset" and Select "Reset Network Settings" & Reboot.
See if that fixes the issue for you?
Still having an issue, open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support & Phone Diagnostics, Run the Diagnostics for WiFi. See if you get any error messages?

Galaxy ZHi, Just to confirm after performing the above steps are you still facing the problem ?
