Dear Samsung Team,

I ordered a Samsung Z Fold 4 on 25 August at 2:45 am and my bank account has been deducted since then. But unfortunately, till today it is still on "Waiting on Approval" (58 hours).

I contacted Live Chat and they just told me to wait for their financial team to email me.
This has been a really bad experience for me as it is my first time buying from Samsung Canada, and I never have had this kinda situation from the opposite fruit brand (which you all know).

If worst comes to worst, then I hope they could just cancel and refund my order rather than make me wait with not a single follow-up email from Samsung.

I do hope someone can help me with my current situation.

Not good news that message usually means it's going to be canceled. They will give some random excuse that something don't match but ifs like someone is there at Samsung swiping left to cancel and swiping right to approve because there no ryhme or reason on how they do it.

They did this to me and the phone I created is not availble for some reason lol I chose both back and front white and gold for the frame.
