I forgot to add the free Samsung care +. Also received a voucher for free buds 2 pro graphite. Tried to see if it can be added while order was processing. No reply. The buds 2 pro voucher came two days after the pre orders started. I was so mad. I have called , emailed and contacted Samsung via online chat multiple times. Never received an email or call back. Terrible support

But, I'm not sure if someone posted that they were able to get Samsung to remove their collective heads from their.... and get a resolution?

Thanks I have contacted online customer service. They don't have any barring on anything. They just tell you that my issue has been escalated

I wouldn't get too excited. 

Samsung Canada's Customer Service is not the best.

I'm in the same boat as you, the Care+ wasn't added (though i'm sure i did it!) and when i called Canada Support, their solution was to return the phone and re-order!?

I'm hoping to find some solution to this, i created a case to follow up, but very bad experience :(

Looks like I was able to add the FREE 1 YEAR Samsung care plus by going thru the members app and checking via my IMEI.
My question istwo fold.
How do I check that Samsung care plus has-been added?
Can I add the second year for roughly $174 later on? I have 56 days left.... seems like I can
