Samsung Canada's Customer Service is not the best.

Galaxy ZI'm in the same boat as you, the Care+ wasn't added (though i'm sure i did it!) and when i called Canada Support, their solution was to return the phone and re-order!?
I'm hoping to find some solution to this, i created a case to follow up, but very bad experience :(
