So here we are 1 week has passed since I last posted that I still have yet to receive my shipping label so I can send my trade in. I was told by a mod here (Helenna) on my last post that my request would be forwarded to the appropriate people and here we are again 1 week later and still nothing

Does Samsung ask you to complete a "satisfaction" survey after interacting with Samsung's Support?

You guys should follow up on these requests and not wait for the customer to keep reminding you! Now more info, clearly he has learnt how to DM you by now. Keep messages relevant and stop posting this scripted jargon. Such responses are not representative of a good moderator! 🙄 seriously getting fed up of reading all this copy paste!
