Clock app icon displays wrong time

Try to remove theme park if you use it for icons that might be the cause.

If it doesn't work, try to force stop the app and wipe cache and data.

It works but have to do it every single time

Also check for day light saving, maybe turned on or off..if applicable. But some themes mess up the clock and calendar.

Are you talking about the Icon itself or a Widget?

If it's the Icon on your Desktop, try removing it and adding it back again.
