Set up my new Z Flip 4 today. Transfered everything over from S20 FE.

However, I am unable to hide apps in the app drawer and can't choose defaults properly.

When I go to app drawer settings the Hide Apps option is greyed out and unable to make Google Photos app my defaut.

Not sure why. Didnt have this problem before???

Hi, You need follow some steps to hide any Application.

You can hide applications in the Apps menu.

This does not uninstall or disable the applications. It only removes them from view.

1. From the Home screen, touch Apps Apps Icon > More options More options icon > Hide apps.

2. Mark the checkboxes for the applications you want to hide and touch Done.

Hi, we suggest you to perform factory reset -Before performing the factory reset, request you to backup the phone data to Samsung cloud.

Please be informed that performing a factory reset will remove all the details from your device and set it to its default

.>> Also remove the Samsung\Google accounts if configured on your phone.

Open settings>>Cloud and accounts>>Accounts>>Tap on Samsung/Google account>>Remove account.
