Wow I am Pretty sure there was a. Member here complaining about his factory screen protector and how he had come across samsung not willing to replace it. And I believe RedDogRabbit posted something about Canada 🇨🇦 being excluded where others were getting a one time free replacement 

Well here is a story line today about the situation with Korea and how they were charging and now they are not because of all the complaints. Canadians need to do the same. I don't see the coupon being offered on the Canadian samsung members site read link below

Sammobile is based in the Netherlands, and they have much stronger consumer protection laws in the Netherlands, and Europe in general. 

So I wouldn't go by what you see on Sammobile, unless it explicitly mentions Canada.

Your right ✅️ I'm just showing how weak are market here is from warranty issues to beta programs to anything related. We are such a small market for samsung wow

Never put on screen protector on fold 4 since I got it.

It comes from Samsung with a preinstalled screen protector, and that's the issue some people are having, as it starts to lift, bubble, crease etc.

And as per the article samsung suggests you don't remove it yourself as you may damage the screen. So wouldn't this fall under defective product under normal use. 🤔

I live in Canada, mine was peeling and I received the one time replacement of my screen protector. Door to door service, flip 4 was picked up Thursday and I got it back yesterday good as new.

I just came back from the Montreal store, and regarding the screen protector on the foldable screen, I was charged 80$ because I was few weeks above the one year after the purchase date. What a shamed, even I do have the 2 year samsung care.
Was it inside the first year on your side @Garebear ?
