Z fold 5 Bluetooth issues

Is anyone else having issues with Bluetooth on z fold 5??? I have two pairs of galaxy buds in perfect condition but whenever I speak to someone on the phone inevitably after some time they say I sound glitchy/robotic. Turning Bluetooth off then back on fixes it but only for a short time before it happens again. I'm certain it's not my buds or a reception issue. I've also reset bluetooth connections endlessly. My only options now are to use speaker phone or put the device to my ear which are not always ideal.

Could be the phone, could be the Buds. I use Jabra Elite Active & never have any issues... But if it's the audio that starts to sound "robotic", I'm thinking that it is the Buds, not the phone.

My buds woukd fall out of my ears .
They made my ears so hot and sweaty

I'm not sure how this link would be helpful? 

They have already Reset their Network Settings, and more than once. 

The link provided only gives basic information, but does not address their concern about "robotic sounding". 

I suspect that it is the combination of the device & Samsung's Earbuds. 

I have no such issues with either my S20 Ultra, or S23 Ultra & Jabra Elite Active Earbuds.
