Galaxy ZCould be the phone, could be the Buds. I use Jabra Elite Active & never have any issues... But if it's the audio that starts to sound "robotic", I'm thinking that it is the Buds, not the phone.

Galaxy ZI'm not sure how this link would be helpful?
They have already Reset their Network Settings, and more than once.
The link provided only gives basic information, but does not address their concern about "robotic sounding".
I suspect that it is the combination of the device & Samsung's Earbuds.
I have no such issues with either my S20 Ultra, or S23 Ultra & Jabra Elite Active Earbuds.
