Gaming Hub
A months ago my gaming hub stopped bringing my most recently played games to the front of the main screen bar at the bottom. When i open it to see all my games i can still sort by most recently played. But i much prefer the main screen having my most recently played for quick launching. Is this feature gone? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app which honestly brought games to that main bar that i haven't played in a very long time.

Hi canadianhero,

Sorry to hear this buggy experience. It sounds like the quick-launch feature for your most recently played games in the Gaming Hub isn’t working as expected.

Please ensure that you have the latest version of the Gaming Hub installed, as updates sometimes resolve bugs like this.

Go to the app store or Galaxy Store to see if there is an update available for Gaming Hub.

Clearing the cache and data can often reset app preferences, which may help the main screen bar function properly.

Go to Settings > Apps > Gaming Hub. Select Storage, then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. (Note: This may reset some in-app settings.)

Since reinstalling brought up older games for you, it’s worth trying it once more to see if this restores recent games. Try reinstalling from the app store rather than a backup.

Thank you.

Hi canadianhero,

Thanks for giving those steps a try! Sorry to hear that none of them resolved the issue, it may be due to a change or bug in a recent Gaming Hub update. We request you to send an error report using Samsung Members App.

Launch Samsung Members app > Tap on Support, Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports > Choose a Category below > Make Sure That Send System Log Data is selected to help resolve your questions quickly and describe your problem in detail > Change the Frequency to Whichever You Prefer.

An expert will be able to investigate the issue and provide further support to resolve your query.

Thank you.
