Still waiting for UI7 for S23+. The S21 & 22 models are receiving the update but S23+ users are being ignored! Why is this even possible that older phones receive the update?

Unbelievable isn't it!? Virgin+ carrier has no idea about this delay & no reason nor suggestions. A report was filed with them.

Samsung Canada contacted & they don't even have a clue nor explanations why older models are being updated & S23+ users are ignored.

Pathetic & ridiculous support, non-support from Samsung!

Tell that to the users of those models that do have UI7 in Canada! They would beg to differ! Apparently the update *may* arrive today for S23+.

Canada just received UI7 for S23+. I installed it a few minutes ago. In the future perhaps it would be better to not reply back with false info to people.

Canada just received UI7 for S23+. I installed it a few minutes ago. Enjoy! Plz post any bugs you might see.
