Persistent edge panel while gaming

Hello, can anyone please advise me on how to make edge panel persistent while playing empires and puzzles? 

I have to Swipe up to get it to show as well as navigation bar. I am not sure if that impacts the edge panel and this is why I am mentioning this. 

I simply would like to have the edge panel available when playing this particular game. 

Any help would be appreciated. Samsung s20.
