Why can't I connect my Joycons to my phone?

Can anyone tell me why I can't connect my Joycons to my Samsung Galaxy A5??

I have tried putting my Joycons into pairing mode and going into the Bluetooth settings on my phone

Because Android doesn't support Joy-Cons. You can only pair one to your phone.

On PC, you need x360ce to have the Joy-Cons working properly. And there's no such thing on Android or iOS
