Not sure where to post this but I was trying to buy an S23 online last night and got to the point of entering a promo code and it wouldn't accept it. I did a live chat then last night and he said there were website issues and he'd escalate my concern. So I tried phoning today because website seemed worse and tried to buy the phone online and she said i have to wait for the person my concern was escalated to get back to me which might be next week. She said I couldn't purchase a phone with her! I've never heard of a place that couldn't sell a regular product. Anyone know anything about this or how long this problem has existed?

Don't know about Samsung's online purchases, but are you in Canada using the Canadian site? 

I've seen more than a few people who have registered devices, tried to purchase from:

Samsung.com  which is the US site, as opposed to:

Samsung.com/ca  which is the Canadian site. 

As for any technical issues regarding Promotional Codes.. Samsung's online shopping SHOULD be able to help you.
