Hey @RyanGonzalez , Is this happening with all times off audio? Or is it only issues with audio that is being streamed from the internet? You may have to take it to a Service Center as ShaggySkunk@9P recommended. -Jenna
The audio from speaker cutting out issue is well-known for A8, both inside and outside of the forum. The problem is that Samsung does not officially recognize it. It happens mostly when battery is nearly full (e.g. 90%+) and worse when the phone is in charging and the battery is nearly full or full. It only affects the audio from the speaker. No definite fix yet.
Replacing the phone with another A8 likely does not fix the issue, as people already tried that.
