hello..i bought a new 2018 a8 and i love it so far. This is my 1st Samsung phone. i use to have LG phone and i became a fan of it. But unfortunately LG had some software issue. With this new A8 the only problem i am having is that when listening to audio (on youtube or instagram etc) the audio starts to stutter randomly. This happens when listening via phone audio. But not when headphone jack is inserted. Any ideas?? The software is uptodate.
thank you
thank you

hey there first of all welcome to Samsung world your going to love it. Secondly have you by any chance tried to check the speaker from the Samsung diagnostic menu? It's a secret hidden to test the hardware of the device.

Hey @laidd3xe4h! This issue is difficult to diagnose or troubleshoot without physically inspecting your device. Please contact your local Samsung Service Center (http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/servicelocation/). Thanks! -Jenna from Samsung

Were you able to solve the issue? I've got a brand new A8 that does the same thing (mostly on medium to low volume and when there's mostly taking or just percussion in the case of a song, and it's worse if the phone is plugged in).
I was able to exchange my phone for a new one, but the new one does the same thing as well! Unfortunately, this is a deal-breaker for me as I often listen to podcasts before going to sleep at night or while I'm working alone, and speakerphone is a feature I use quite often as well.
