Please allow a moment or two for your comment (question) to be replied to – we may need to leverage the knowledge of one or two people in the room to create a clear and accurate reply

I had asked a question about how to disable the status bar drop down menu in the lock screen for the note 10 plus I got the answer that there is no such option
but we do have that option in older phones. why not this one being the latest one.
also it is a kind of security threat if the drop down menu is enabled in the lock screen. Due to this any one could access the bluetooth or turn the phone mute . turn on wifi and do many other stuff.
My Messages app on a brand new S10 will not display notifications even though all notification settings for the app are turned on. All other app notifications display as defined in their settings. Is there a solution for this
Hi, I'm facing battery drainage for more than a month now, it shuts down right after 15% i have no idea why it started doing that, i checked everything i know and searched for help online, also went to a service centre but they don't want to repair it because i got a little crack on the screen. 😓
hey, so why is the data button unavailable in the notification bar? I've heard this is exclusively for canadian version of phones... which is usually the case, i don't know what samsung dont like about Canada 😄 (jk)
For some reason when I get a notification and my phone is on always on display, when edge screen is on, there is also a little edge screen notification in the middle of my screen until the notification is complete. I took off all notifications from edge screen and it is still continuing.
Is this happening to anyone else and can I fix it?
Hello! Ive been trying to register my bank card as a means of purchase, yet troublingly, it keeps giving me an error that the number I keep trying to enter is an invalid card number. Is this something that can be remedied or does it *have* to be a credit card like the Galax Store is asking for? Cheers!
