by not working do you mean unresponsive? Or do you mean stiff/ hard to turn? I know there have been some reports of the bezels becoming stiff because of the turning mechanism breaking.
Take it into a Samsung service center and see what they have to say. Maybe sand or grit got inside?
hmm, that is odd ya if you can let us know which one. Unresponsive or very stiff to turn? On my Gear S3 it feels like my bezel is lose, but after taking it to a Samsung repair center, they said thats normal.
