What happened to scrolling screen capture? Was a very useful feature for capturing shots that were longer that what was visible on your screen (like full web pages.. etc,)

Well Scroll Capture is still there for me on my S8+ Oreo 8.0. Perhaps it's because I did a Factory Reset after the update? I didn't check before I Factory Reset?

A friend of mine did the update on his note 8 and now doesn't have scroll capture. I asked tec support and they said it was removed to allow other featured (but couldn't tell me what features were gained). I haven't done to update for this reason

There's a few apps on the Play Store that are supposed to work for Scrolling Screen Shots - But I guess it depends on how ********* Scrolling screen shots are to you... I'd certainly update to Oreo and look at alternatives if it is in fact removed on the Note8... Remember that not all tech support people are always informed 😉🐧
