Can't open camera

Try Open Settings -> App -> Camera -> Storage
Clear Cache and Data

Or

Try Open Settings -> Privacy -> Permission manager -> Camera

Under Not allow, see if your app in there. If yes, click on the app and grant the app camera permission.

Hi, we would like to suggest you please follow the steps:

Restart the device.

Check if any apps are blocking usage - (Settings > Biometrics and Security > Other Security Settings > Device Admin Apps).

Check if sensors are turned off by swiping down the full pull-down menu.

The only option we have is to back up the data and perform factory reset.

Something worked because I rebooted the phone again and now it's working....thanks a bunch, folks!!

Is it possible for a brand new samsung galaxy s21plus not to turn on for the first time from the box? If it's that the batery is drained is that not strange? Pls can someone explain to me if it's ok or do i need to return the phone back.
