Hi everyone, have you had a hard time figuring out how to uninstall kaspersky from your device. I did uninstall it from my desktop, but I got a warning saying that I had to go into my device management to finish. I'm flustered, and if anyone out there can help me, that would be wonderful.
Until then, peace ✌️

I don't use any anti-virus software, but if you made it a Device Administrator, you'll need to go to Settings > Security & Privacy > More Security Settings > Device Admin and remove it from Device Admin.

Thanks for answering my query so quickly. I've given it a shot, but I just haven't been able to get into the Device Administrator.

Do you see the first screen shot?

Click on Device Admin apps & then you should see the 2nd screen shot.

If Kaspersky was AdHell3, just Toggle it to the left.

Edit. The screen shots are in reverse order, so you should see the 2nd screen shot first.

I've been in there, and the message says that an active admin can't be closed.

When you try to Toggle it OFF, you should see this next screen with "Deactivate" at the bottom.

Deactivate it & then you can Toggle it OFF & Uninstall it.

Ok, it's not there, and all of the apps left, I trust.
Very perplexing!

I just want to erase the notification from my home page. That would be very helpful.

Adhell3 is not in my apps. Do I have to install it to deactivate?
