Try install Home up from GoodLock.

Under Home up -> Folder

Enable Pop up folder.

Then go back to your folder. I mean click on a folder and you can assign the folder color.

Edit: I think it is a bug. After uninstall the Home up, the color option still show up in folder. Seems like install Home up and uninstall Home up will trigger the change folder option appear.1702161123335.jpg1702162760478.jpg

Have you triwd wipe cache partition after upgrade?

- Power off your phone
- Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode
- use vol up and down to navigate
- select Wipe Cache Partition
- press power key to confirm
- click yes
- click reboot system

Try it and see if it fix the problem.

Go to wallpapers and style. Reset to default. Then you can go back and change it all again and the symbol to adjust the folder background will appear.
