Never liked renting videos from then in the 90s and I don't like them now. How the **bleep** they get their claws into cell phones is beyond me.

They are giving whole 5 days credit, but didn't really affect me that much even though my cable and internet went out for 24 hrs, and cable was spotty for 3. Luckily my cell isn't with them.
