i bought my pro 3 in may and as soon as i updated it it crashed,started showing blue screen and after repeated attempts by the service centre they failed to resolve my problem so i was refunded after 2 months. now i have bought the same laptop, look at my audacity. and i had the same problem again.
i noticed few things
1. the wifi password was not asked by the laptop it automatically connected to my wifi which is password enabled.
2. there were VLC player, chrome, BS player , and original software of quickheal antivirus installed by the shop i bought the laptop from.
i took the laptop to the same shop they removed these softwares and it is function better (without blue screen after restart).
my question is that,is there any compatibility issues for the alptop to other routinely used softwares?
is my laptop refurbished again by the company(since it didnt ask for my wifi password and automatically connected)?
Sounds like they sell you the same laptop that you have retuned to them. They did not factory reset the laptop. Also, the original Samsung laptop, it does not come with BS player, VLC player...etc.
