Sigh... as usual with Samsung, it takes forever to cancel orders.

Contacted them 2 days ago to request cancelation on orders I made but changed my mind. Contacted them again yesterday.

Both agents assured me that the request has been made and that I would see the cancelation today.

And today... still nothing 😑

How hard can it be to cancel an order? How come such a big company can't just have a cancel button on the order itself instead we have to either call or chat with an agent or even fill out a cancelation form request. 🤦‍♂️

Don't worry Samsung, I want to cancel some orders because I changed my mind but I already re-ordered. You're not losing money...

Hopefully it's just the influx of pre-orders that is slowing them down. 🤞🏻
