The CRTC is holding a survey about Canadian mobile telecommunications services to determine where to focus their efforts to improve our services and find what are the biggest problems for Canadians with these services.. It's a straightforward survey that only takes 5 minutes to complete and I strongly advise everyone to do it.

Corporate rates have been always different due to the income of multiple devices. This works with alot of things this way, It's not an apple to apple comparison. So I disagree with your above statement.

To be honest it's the consumer's fault most of the time for not asking questions or not understanding the content of the contract they get suckered into. You don't need the newest phone nor the most highest end. 4 years ago yes I would say you did now a 400 phone can keep up to 1200 phone. So the end of the story is its the consumers fault not the service provider and companies like Apple, Samsung and Google for charging so much.

No those are not business plans. These are promo plans given to employees in certain businesses. For example, all public workers are eligible for 30% off at Rogers. Those are not multiple device plans or anything. These are regular plans with 30% off.

You are completely missing the point here.

Again perks of working somewhere. I get 15 cent off pre litre due to the company I work with so does that mean everyone should get the same? No I don't think so it's a perk of the company. No different than people that work at a restaurant most places give 50 percent off of food. My point simple was that I think we have came to a point of "fair“ pricing when it comes to phone service. Now if you wanted to argue over cable I'd agree with you.

That particular plan was only available because wind/freedom soons things up a bit... That's long gone now.  And that was a BYOD plan, not included withwi new phone.  Just because it was temporarily available, doesn't mean the oligopoly issue is resolved in Canada
