Hello! Maybe you saw there was a brand new poll published 2 days ago! That's the second ever published on the forum.

If you didn't do it, I strongly recommend taking a few minutes to do it. If they make such a survey that's really likely that they are using your input to enhance their products and services, not to waste your precious time on Earth.

It's right here: https://community.samsungmembers.com/en_CA/post?postId=375985&categoryId=1&page=1

NOTE: Le sondage n'est pas offert en français malheureusement.

I did complete the survey and I'd like to add a few comments to it.

First: I really think that the survey should have asked if you already owned a Samsung mobile device prior to having the one you presently have. I think that this allows to know what factors attracted NEW customers to Samsung, which can be used to focus on the aforementioned factors.

Second: At the question "Which function do you use most frequently?", I think more than one choice should have been allowed. I use S Members for more than Community. Diagnostics is a very convenient feature and I hope it will get enhanced in the future for more in-depth diagnosis by individuals.

Third: I think that in Benefits, we should add getting help from others. Looking at the forum, the vast majority of publications is constituted of people looking for help.

Fourth: At the question "Which topics of News&Tips do you prefer?", I would have answered "All". However the News are simply unavailable to people who set their phone on French. Could it be possible to show News to devices set on EN AND FR? If not translated, just make them available to consult.

Fifth: There isn't much that can be done to have better performance than other Androids with the same SoC. If Performance turns out to be a major factor in buying a new device, then I think that One, Galaxy S models for Canada get the Exynos SoC like for the S7, since flagship Exynos has noticeably better performance than it's Snapdragon counterpart and because we don't use outdated CDMA Networks, Two that midrange models get better processors, such as the upcoming J3 2018 which is getting yet again the Exynos 7570 Quad which is a very underwhelming SoC in terms of performance and GPU. It should go like this: SD630/636-class SoC for low-end (J, Tab E), SD660/670/710-class for midrange (A, Tab A) and SD845-class for high-end. I really think that for all devices, a more powerful GPU is in order, an area in which a lot of Galaxy devices are underp

No way! Half my post got erased! Ugh this is so frustrating. It would be nice to be notified on PC when we exceed the maximal character limit. I had much more to say and it was written but got erased forever.

Anyone else having trouble submitting the survey? everytime I click "Done" nothing happens so I haven't been able to submit it. I'll probably just end up doing it on my PC later.

I couldn't fill it in as one of the question is "have you been to a Samsung Service Center in the last year" if you answer no it will not allow you to submit the survey

@Jonathan34 - Yup same here.. @Echo if that's the case it's pretty ridiculous - Does Samsung EXPECT that every device manufactured by them NEEDS to be taken in for service lol The Survey doesn't want to let you open the link on Samsung Members app either - Have to use a browser it seems...
Edit: Echo is right - You HAVE to say that you went to a Service center to complete the survey lol
