OthersI bought a charger in November 2022 and have been experiencing issues with this since mid July, I first went to the Samsung store at Scarborough Town Centre September 1st, and was told since it is an online purchase, they could not help me with it. I called into the number provided and spent an extremely long time on the call and ended up hanging up because I had to drive and could not be looking at my phone to sort through the abnormally long list of model numbers the agent made me go through to find some form to fill out for my device.
Then attempting to return the device to the car, one of the legs snapped off yesterday. Called in again to the warranty number and the agent says my initial call is void and there is no warranty available for me. So now I am stuck with a useless product less than 1 year into use. This is shoddy workmanship and horrendous customer service. Too much runaround just to get nowhere. Your warranty process is cumbersome and ridiculous. Could not even find this on my Samsung Galaxy S22 and instead have to go to my desktop. It's almost as if it's designed to irritate the consumer so much that they give up and do not attempt to contact customer service.After this fiasco, I will not be purchasing any further Samsung devices and leaving the ecosystem.
