I just bought the UN58RU7100FXZC TV and I have it connected to a soundbar (Sonos Playbar) via optical cable and to a bluetooth headset.
The problem is that when I set the audio device to bluetooth I hear the audio from both the sound bar and the headset. I checked the Settings > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio  and it's disabled. This doesn't happen when there's no soundbar (meaning internal TV speaker) and I turn on the bluetooth headset.

The only temporary solution is to disconnect the soundbar, but that's not a sustainable solution.

Any other solution before I return the TV?

If your not using the soundbar anyway, just power it off, you won't get any sound then 🙉 no need to physically disconnect. I don't have that tv so I dunno if there is a setting under the audio section of the tv menu 🤷‍♂️

BenGoy,

Multi-output Audio is for the Bluetooth devices when you connect Bluetooth devices and enable this option you would hear sound from TV speakers and Bluetooth devices. As it happens only with Sonos, please check with them to see if any such option available on the soundbar to disable it.
