Few days back I use to see on my YouTube video, Video quality can set to 1080p but since few days I can only max video quality to 480p.
So do I need to change any settings on my Samsung S10+ in order to enhance my Video quality on YouTube to 1080p.

Google did announce that they'd limit the default video quality to 480p but you're supposed to manually be able to set it to the highest resolution available. Do note that it reverts back to 480p for each new video.

Though if you use enhanced YouTube clients like YouTube Vanced, this setting might not affect you. I haven't checked as Google said this change was made server-side.

It may have to do with COVID-19. I remember reading something about it.

Hi samreddy,

YouTube has reduced its default video quality to standard definition (SD) on mobile networks due to increasing concerns about the Internet bandwidth. Since the global shutdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic forced everyone to stay indoors, YouTube’s streaming quality has been minimal. There has been a huge increase in Internet use with people at home almost worldwide, creating questions about networks slowing down due to the lack of bandwidth. Later YouTube may soon let you set the mobile app’s default quality level. Many other video streaming apps in addition to YouTube, have also taken steps to reduce network tension.

Thanks @CHMultimedia for providing the information.
