Others4 years ago we purchased all our appliances from Samsung because we trust it, and we chose to buy the highest level of washer and dryer, but unfortunately, after only 4 years we found out the dryer drum was cracked and ripped off the clothes. The dryer model is DVE60M9900V. It is really frustrating to have such significant damage on an appliance that was really expensive and should be of high quality. Unfortunately, I’ll tell anyone who will listen to stay away from Samsung appliances.

OthersThis damage happened due to the bad quality of Samsung. We're not the only consumers who complained about this issue but it seems a known design or bad material of Samsung. Here are some links from the Samsung community itself complaining about the same issue

Samsung should take the responsibility to fix its issues instead of asking consumers to do so.
