Email app-where is Help?

FAQs Not populated on this app on my phone. Trying to add people from email to a group. Clicked on Save as group, selected the group but doesn't add. Can't find a Help section on this app. I think I'll  check out other email apps.

Hi Thank you for replying. SM-A526W. App just says Email peach coloured. Samsung app I think. V6.1.72.1

I don't use Samsung's Email, but here is a link to how to use Gmail (which I personally prefer), to send emails to groups, (Although you'd think that Samsung's Moderators would know how to use Samsung email.. unless they don't use it themselves?).

Hi thank you for your input! Much appreciated. Yes definitely not intuitive and lousy documentation. Not sure how I even found this support page Lol. I use Samsung email app to view my yahoo and Gmail email accounts. Maybe switch to Outlook? This is a fairly new phone. I also have 2 calendars going somehow - both update with same entry- 2x notifications. Annoying. . Must be default and the app titles don't help me to figure out their source. I guess they preload these phones with so much stuff and no explanations. Not sure what alot of the apps do. I will look up gmail link. Maybe I need to create the group there. Cheers!

You don't need a picture of the app. 

It's Samsung Email & the latest version.

The device model is also irrelevant, as it's the same Samsung email version, regardless of what device.

The screen shot is from my S20 Ultra. & It's the exact same version as the one that @Canuckgirl99 posted.
