First got an email saying "We’ve received your device and inspected it and No further action is required of you. Thank you for participating in the Samsung Trade-in program."

Then received another email not long after (67mins) saying "We've received your shipment. The device condition assessment will take approximately 5-10 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once completed"

Not even joking but what's going on?

Yeah their system has a glitch and sent the emails in the wrong order. Same thing happened with me

Did you received the final e-mail yet saying the trade in is completed?

Ok still waiting on my side I received the 2nd e-mail saying they received the phone and it's gonna take up to 5-10 days on Feb 7th
