I'm extremely disappointed at Samsung this year so many updates delays and so on 

I'm parked at December 1st update on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and I'm waiting for ONE UI 7.0 still not available😑😡😡😡

Not receiving any Google Play System Updates either 

This type of behavior will for Samsung users including me to switch to something else in the future 

I want Kon Dong-Jin (DJ Koh) to come back to Samsung Galaxy smartphone & tablets the best man back in the days of Galaxy S8 and Note series

This is nothing new for tablets. Expect UI 7 for tablets in a couple of months.

UI7 was just released less than a month ago. You expect a 2 year old device to jump in front of the line? Be reasonable.

Regarding Google play services, that is released by Google, not Samsung.
