Files Accidentally Deleted

Can someone help me how can I retrieve the files that I accidentalky deleted?

If you deleted from My Files app, you can try searching Trash folder

My Files → 3 dots on top right → Trash


If you are deleted from Gallery, you can check the Trash folder from

Gallery → 3 bars on bottom right → Trash

Android 10 and before
Gallery → 3 dots on top right → Trash

If none of above locations, either restore from backup or cloud storage.

If you have no backup, you may not able to recover the files.

You can also try a file recovery app from the play store

What happens if the trash was accidentally emptied too pl?
I think I deleted major files when it said it didn't have space.
I lost my son's recorded voice which I had saved in My files.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
