OthersAs you may know, all Canadian devices are unlocked at no charge since December 2017. So it's really a Carrier issue unfortunately.
I don't think that there's anything that can be done other than contacting the Carrier again, and maybe the person you purchased it from.
⚠️⚠️ You should also delete or edit the image which contains the IMEI & serial number of the device, as these can be potentially misused by someone ⚠️⚠️
