How do we disable the annoying galaxy store pop-ups?

Rather than actually open the Galaxy Store, long press on the desktop icon to check for app updates.

YES! It is EXTREMELY ANNOYING! The Galaxy Store FORCES you to interact with it to dismiss the Ad (who are Samsung's clients.. children?? W*F! 

You USED to be able to Click "do not show again", but now the offensive & poorly directed Ads, only give you the option to "Not Show Again TODAY"! 😡 

The Play Store has Ads, but you can just ignore them! 

Shame on Samsung! We already PAID for your products.. 😡😡

It is a real shame. I could be using the store more often if the annoying pop up ads were removed. I get it, you can have ads but pop up ads are too annoying and really shambolic coming from Samsung. They should take the feedback and take it out.

I do not receive any push notication from Galaxy Store since I just disable notifications of it and do not receive new product notes in settings. I do manually check app updates from time to time.

The post wasn't about push notifications. It was about pop up ads you get when you open the galaxy store. There no way to permanently disable it.

They are not talking about Push Notifications, they are talking about the Ads (for CHILDREN, it seems) in the Galaxy Store app.

This garbage. 

AND Samsung managed to make it MORE offensive, by adding "today" to "Don't Show Again... Today".

Samsung's is schizophrenic, they advertise Knox as being Business oriented, but market to kids in their apps, colour schemes etc.

Couldn't agree more. Always those annoying little kindergarten kiddie games that pop up is frustrating as h3ll. I've been using the long press for a while now for that reason alone but we shouldn't have to. Give us the option in settings to turn that off at the very least.

I don't like that pop up ads too. Is annoying. Instead popping up, they can make a larger ads in regular page instead. Just save me an annoying click.
