gear Iconx 2018 having issues .
touch function not working for left bud and it pauses my music .
was working fine but it just stopped accepting touch commands

is your left bud set at your "primary" bud?

it might be, I'm having issues whereby the left bud is proper volume while right side volume stays at 20%, volume rises exponentially with left, stays at 20% of whatever the left sides output is.
