Personally, I prefer Outlook, which also syncs to Samsung calendar. Of course, if you are planning to use Google assistant, or nest, then stick to google
The reason I use Outlook is that I use multiple platforms, windows, Andriod and iOS, and I find Outlook(in general ms products) work well with all platforms. In addition to that, I have a subscription to OneDrive, to back up pix and docs
