Hey y'all. So I use google messages on my Samsung Galaxy a15 5g, and whenever someone sends me an image, video, or link, the message appears under a different conversation, but with the same contact image, just the image is a square not a circle,...... If anyone else has this issue, or knows a solution please let me know! Thanks a million 😊
Sorry to hear this issue from you. Corrupted cache or data can cause weird issues like duplicate conversations: Please perform Clear Cache for the Messages app and see if it helps to solve the issue.
Go to Settings > Apps. Find and tap Google Messages. Tap Storage > Clear Cache.
If the problem persists, also try Clear Data (this will reset the app, so make sure you’ve backed up your messages if necessary).
